As with some people’s homes, rugs play a very important part in creating a fresh, clean look in their homes. So with this in mind, I wanted to show you all of my rugs and runners on offer, which I think is the perfect adornment for any floor.<\/p>\n

The 100% British wool rugs and runners are woven in a family-run mill in Wales, which has been weaving traditional rugs for over 100 years, Solva Woollen Mill<\/a>.<\/p>\n

RUGS<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/h2>\n

Herringbone:<\/strong> Distinctive and timeless, the Herringbone rug is available in gentle Rose<\/a>, and earthy Thunder & Bracken<\/a> colourways. Finished with fringed ends to further emphasise its informal style, the Herringbone rug is available in a beautifully proportioned size, 120cm x 200cm.<\/p>\n

\nGeometric:<\/strong> This contemporary Grey, Saffron and Winter rug was designed by Vanessa in collaboration with Cotswold-based hand weaver Rebecca Connolly, who works from a studio at Vanessa\u2019s home. This beautiful flat weave rug is enhanced by fringed ends. With busy homes in mind, this practical design is both reversible and machine washable. Available in one size, 120cm x 200cm.<\/p>\n

Stripe and Dash:<\/strong> This style mimics one of my fabrics, which too is also named Stripe & Dash<\/a>. With it’s vertical weave, it’s a great way to elongate a small room or set of stairs. This comes in three colourways: Smoke & Cornflower<\/a>, \u00a0Mouse & Cranberry<\/a>, and Mouse & Cornflower<\/a>. Available in two sizes: Small – approx. 125cm x 200cm, and Large: approx. 155cm x 300cm.<\/p>\n

RUNNERS<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/h2>\n

Ideal for making a statement on your stairs and adding comfort to hallways and landings, both covertable designs are available to order as runners. Measuring a generous 69cm wide and can either be fitted to stairs or bound at both ends to create narrow width rugs. *The only design of our rugs that we don’t offer as a runner, is the Geometric.<\/p>\n

Vanessa explains her inspiration when commissioning the new designs: \u201cI really feel that floors should be celebrated as a surface to decorate just as much as walls and windows. My latest rugs and runners have been designed both to soften the look of the home as well as heighten the ambiance of each room. The gentle colours and simplicity of the designs make them particularly versatile, and ideal for both country and urban settings<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n
