Made to Measure Roman Blinds

What neutral Fabrics do you have for making Made to Measure Roman Blinds?

Vanessa designed a collection of warm and cool neutrals to create soothing and calm interiors.

Neutral tones create a timeless interior, but this does not need to be dull and boring; by layering different shades and using texture a neutral scheme will be interesting and relaxing.

Neutral fabrics can range from muted Duck Eggs, to Creams, and sophisticated shades of grey such as Dove, Scree and Charcoal.

You need to choose the best shade for your room by considering the way the room faces, the amount of light you get and the atmosphere you want to create. Do you want a light and airy room or are you trying to create a warm and cosy scheme?

Using these neutrals for blinds in your living room and bedrooms creates a relaxing feel and is suitable for all types of homes – from city apartments to country houses:

Please ask for fabric samples and see the colours in your rooms. If you order a half metre returnable sample you can drape them over your existing blinds, or just in situ to where the blind will go, and see how it looks. All our fabrics are printed in the UK on a good weight of 100% Linen, and Linen Union, making them suitable for lampshades, curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. We hold a good stock of all our fabrics ensuring delivery is usually within 3-5 working days subject to availability. The same team, who takes your order will roll, inspect and cut it, so accuracy and quality can be assured.

HOW TO MEASURE UP FOR YOUR ROMAN BLINDS

INSIDE A WINDOW RECESS

Width: Measure across the recess at several points and give the narrowest measurement minus 1cm for clearance so the blind will run freely (see E on the diagram)

Length: Measure from the top of the recess to the bottom (see E on the diagram)

OUTSIDE A WINDOW RECESS

Width: Measure the width of the recess and add at least 5cms on each side for overlapping (see F on the diagram)

Length: Measure from the required starting position above the window to the length you require, adding 5cms on the length
