Made to Measure Lampshades
Should I have curtains in my kitchen?
Many kitchens have more than one window, so a mixture of curtains and blinds is possible.
Blinds work well around worktops and cooking areas, but if you have French doors or a single door or even a window nearby a lovely pair of curtains or a single curtain will cosy up the room and make it more colourful too.
Which of your fabrics would you recommend for kitchen curtains?
Our Pretty Maids fabrics are very popular in kitchens, they come in many different colours from sunny Saffron to smart Scree.
Cow Parsley has been Vanessa's most popular fabric for 20 years and is a timeless choice, again there are several colour choices from the subtle Duck Egg blue to warm Damson.
Should I interline my kitchen curtains?
We think curtains always look better with interlining, they protect against heat loss and look fuller.
Can you make my kitchen curtains for me?
Yes we have an excellent made to measure service. Just choose your fabrics, the header style and then you just need to measure the pole or track and also the required drop (we have videos and a guide on our website to help you).
Our kitchen curtains, are made in the UK are hand hemmed and of a very high quality.
