Introducing Our New Spring Colourways: Fresh, Grounded, and Full of Life
Spring is the perfect season to refresh your home with some new uplifting fabrics. This February, we’re delighted to introduce four new colourways across some of our most loved designs, pairing a smoky blue-green with a warm terracotta peach.
Read on to discover the story behind our new spring colourways, plus an exclusive Q&A with Vanessa herself!
A palette that feels both timeless and refreshing
At the heart of our new 2026 colourways is the marriage of peach and smoke.

Vanessa’s peach is a terracotta at heart; a rich, earthy tone that immediately warms any room and makes it feel unfailingly cosy. Terracotta has long been associated with pottery, clay, and sunbaked earth, bringing a grounded and natural quality to any space.

Smoke, by contrast, is terracotta’s quiet foil. This softened blue-green is reminiscent of water and the sky, bringing a cooling and calming feel to your interiors. It creates a gentle counterbalance to terracotta, helping to ground the warmth and allow the two shades to harmonise beautifully.
These colours sit opposite each other on the colour wheel, which explains why they feel so comfortable together. One glows, while the other balances. One adds warmth, while the other adds calm. It’s a colour combination that has been used for generations and feels reassuringly familiar.
Four nature-inspired designs, one cohesive story

Many of our customers have been combining these tones within their own decorating schemes for years, so it felt like a natural step to introduce these shades across four of our bestselling existing designs.
The new fabrics colourways are:
- Wild Fern in Peach – a larger scale botanical print that brings warmth and movement to your curtains or upholstery.
- Little Fern in Smoke – a smaller scale design that’s perfect for layering and adding depth without overwhelming your room.
- Lattice Leaf in Smoke & Peach – a structured yet gentle pattern that brings a sense of rhythm and harmony to your space.
- Lapland Stripe in Duck Egg, Smoke & Peach – a wide stripe in a linen weave that adds texture and a sense of presence to larger decorating schemes.

The story behind the colourways: an exclusive Q&A with Vanessa
We caught up with Vanessa to uncover the thinking behind these new colourways, and to gather her tips and inspiration for bringing them into your own home.
What sparked the idea for these new colourways?
Just the mere popularity of these two colours with our customers. Customers repeatedly combine these colours in their own room schemes, and I have also used these two colours (peach and smoke) in my own kitchen and photographed it for my brochure!

Why smoky blues and soft terracottas?
These two earthy colours sit so comfortably together. They are grounded and balanced tonally and sit opposite each other on the colour wheel, which means they harmonise beautifully. Terracotta is the colour of the earth and brings a rustic, natural feel into a home; whereas smoke is the colour of water and sky and creates a soothing, cooling vibe.
Is there a particular room where these colours really sing?

I believe that these two colours are particularly glorious in living rooms and dining rooms. But here I have shown them looking very pretty in a bedroom … so any room is my answer!
You’ve introduced these colourways across four best-selling designs – do you have a personal favourite combination?
Of course! My favourites of the new colourways are the Wild Fern in Peach and the Lapland Stripe in Duck Egg, Smoke & Peach. I love the texture of the weave alongside the printed linen union.
If someone is new to pattern, which of these fabrics would you suggest they start with?
The beauty of these designs and fabrics is that they work together beautifully and you can’t really make a mistake. Just go with your instincts and favourites! Perhaps consider using a larger print like Wild Fern in Peach alongside a smaller print like Little Fern in Smoke. Then add in a simple stripe or my Lattice Leaf design in Smoke & Peach to give balance and movement.
