The Earth Collection
The colours are inspired by natural earth materials
I have created four designs inspired by vintage fabrics from around the world. Each design stems from a traditional source. The paisley pattern originated from stylised pine cones from Kashmir and the leaf motif was inspired by 16th century Chinese embroidery.
The colours: charcoal, clay, slate and limestone, inspired by natural earth materials, help to take these forms and shapes on a contemporary journey giving them a fresh and more modern look.
