Pet Friendly Upholstery Fabrics

Which of your fabrics should I use if I have pets that like sit on the sofa too?

Choose a dark coloured fabric. The standard rub count for a fabric is around 20,000 rubs. We do not recommend any of our wovens be used for furniture if used very regularly, however, you can upholster a chair or sofa etc in these fabrics if it is light use only.

It would be sensible to Scotch guard (soil and stain repellence) the fabric too, which we can arrange.  If you’re struggling to keep your dog off the sofa, the best idea is to use a dedicated blanket for it to sit on. I would highly recommend my rugs and runners for this as they are machine washable as long as they don’t have bound ends. This way, you can control the shedding of hair, while still keeping your dog by your side. Also avoid my tweed as hairs and dirt can get trapped in the weave — not to mention claws can snag and tear it.
