Which of your fabrics do you recommend for red cushions?

When people walk into a red room, they immediately respond....red cushions cannot fail to look stunning.

High-octane orange-tinted tones make you feel energized and alive, while subtler, more old-fashioned purplish shades like burgundy, maroon and brick can evoke the cosy, insular vibe of, say, an 18th-century library. Either way, red is a statement cushion and curtain colour. 

In an otherwise neutral palette, even a restricted amount of red can liven up a space. The brightest red fabric is called Tomato which is in the Little Fern, Life and Eternity, Wild and Free, and Stockholm Stripe designs..

Our Raspberry red fabric is softer and more sophisticated. 

See designs Fern and Dragonfly, Botanical Trellis, and Little Leaf. For upholstery we also offer a Plain Linen Union in Raspberry. A subtle alternative of this is available in our Soft Raspberry colour, seen on Pretty Maids, Dainty Daisy and Simple Ticking Detail fabrics. 

We can make Made to Measure cushions using our designer fabric in a selection of sizes or styles.

Each of our bespoke cushions are beautifully made for you by professionals in our traditional workshop based in the Cotswolds. They are hand finished with great care and attention and delivered to you well within eight weeks.
