Made to Measure Roman Blinds

Spring has begun to bring our gardens and the surrounding landscapes "back to life" this past month, and this can be seen in the fabrics that our customers have selected to have in their homes, as seen in this list of our best-selling fabrics.

As you can see from this list of our best-selling fabrics, spring has started to bring our gardens and the surrounding landscapes "back to life" this past month. This is evident in the fabrics that our customers have chosen to have in their homes.

The two colourways of Vanessa's popular Lattice Leaf design are among the best selling fabrics for March. Roman blinds look great with the geometric trellis pattern, especially in a modern/contemporary setting.

For the fabric above, the Little Fern in Moss is a direct coordinate. Why not use this contrast fabric for the bottom or all-around border of your Lattice Leaf Roman blind?

The last best selling fabric is the Plain Linen Union in Moss. You could use this as the primary fabric on your Roman blind, or as a contrast edging because of its exquisitely delicate texture.

These four best selling fabrics can all be utilized in the same room because their colours are similar, with the majority of them being green. So why not place your sample board order and get samples of each of these fabrics right away? Though there are countless options, we usually suggest launching any room concept with three basic colours. You'll have additional alternatives as a result to combine various designs.

HOW TO MEASURE UP FOR YOUR ROMAN BLINDS

INSIDE A WINDOW RECESS

Width: Measure across the recess at several points and give the narrowest measurement minus 1cm for clearance so the blind will run freely (see E on the diagram)

Length: Measure from the top of the recess to the bottom (see E on the diagram)

OUTSIDE A WINDOW RECESS

Width: Measure the width of the recess and add at least 5cms on each side for overlapping (see F on the diagram)

Length: Measure from the required starting position above the window to the length you require, adding 5cms on the length
